    发动机怠速不良如何应对?

    How to deal with poor engine idle speed?

    怠速不良具体表现:

    Specific manifestations of poor idle speed:

    A.怠速过高

    A. Idle speed too high

    车辆无故障情况下:

    When the vehicle has no fault:

    一般在清洗过节气门后,若未进行节气门匹配或匹配失败,则会导致车辆怠速过高。此时可通过手动匹配(断电等方法)或通过诊断设备进行匹配。

    Generally, after cleaning the throttle valve, if the throttle valve is not matched or the matching fails, the vehicle idle speed will be too high. At this time, it can be matched manually (power off, etc.) or through diagnostic equipment.

    车辆有故障情况下:

    In case of vehicle failure:

    1.当踩下制动踏板后,怠速明显下降,则说明怠速过高是由于制动真空助力泵处漏气引起。

    1. When the brake pedal is pressed, the idle speed decreases significantly, which indicates that the excessive idle speed is caused by air leakage at the brake vacuum booster pump.

    2.当车辆高速行驶后,停车等待红绿灯时怠速过高,则说明怠速过高是由于发动机气缸间严重窜气引起。

    2. If the idle speed is too high when the vehicle is driving at high speed and waiting for the traffic light, it indicates that the excessive idle speed is caused by serious blowby between engine cylinders.

    3.当增加发动机负荷(开启空调、转动方向盘等)时,高怠速恢复正常,此时多为空气流量计故障、节气门体前/后端漏气引起。

    B.怠速过低

    主要表现为起步/换档过程中易熄火。而造成怠速过低的可能原因有:

    The main performance is that it is easy to shut down during starting / shifting. The possible causes of low idle speed are:

    1.进气系统不畅存在堵塞现象。

    1. The air intake system is blocked.

    2.怠速控制不良(如怠速开关信号异常、怠速马达异常等)。

    2. Poor idle control (such as abnormal idle switch signal, abnormal idle motor, etc.).

    3.喷油器故障(滴漏或堵塞、线路故障灯)。

    3. Fuel injector fault (dripping or blocking, line fault light).

    4.EGR系统异常(阀体失效、软管漏气等)。

    4. EGR system is abnormal (valve body failure, hose leakage, etc.).

    C.怠速抖动:

    C. Idle jitter:

    阻游漏抖,属电路故障。即线路接触不良(节气门部位相关线路等),形成一定的高电阻导致发动机出现游车现象;线路漏电(点火线圈漏电等),引起发动机抖动。

    It is a circuit fault to prevent swimming leakage and chattering. Poor contact of throttle circuit (i.e. high resistance of engine circuit); Circuit leakage (ignition coil leakage, etc.) causes engine jitter.

    浓游稀抖,属油路故障。即混合气浓时产生游车,而混合气稀时发动机抖动。但要区分于因积碳过多引起怠速抖动,具体表现为车辆难起动,起动后松开油门踏板时发动机抖动,中高速时加速不良
